Premier Orthodontics

I was taking a trip to see family and I felt a pokey wire. Premier was nice enough to let me come in with little notice and helped me out! All the staff was really sweet, and they didn't even charge me! The office seemed clean also! If I lived around here I would definitely make this my regular place!

The doctor that saw me was really nice and helpful. She talked me through what was going on and sent me home with extra elastics and wax for the rest of my trip. Super friendly! Definitely recommend!

They still have schedule issues. It's so frustrating how they can't get that correct. The office wait is still approximately 45 mins.

Doctor is great and got the dental issue corrected but the office experience just sucks

Take your business and kids elsewhere. 1.5 hour wait. No call, no notice, no nothing. Has happened multiple times with our family. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

The days when Dr Hudson and Dr. Lee were the current doctors are over. I had an issue with my retainer that required an easy fix, but since a lot of the services offered before are now gone including an in house lab. The current Doctor scolded me for not putting my retainer in correctly. The I was told that the cost of replacement for a bottom retainer was $250. When I went to the front desk to pay it was $285. No thank you.

We have been coming here for 8 years and my daughter has had braces twice and wears her retainer nightly. Her teeth are moving again and the dentist said that she should get braces for a third time to straighten her teeth. She is 16 and it seems strange that they can not get her teeth straight by now. Also we always wait a long time in the waiting room to get in to be seen, 30-45 minutes. I'm not sure how efficient other offices are but it seems that this office is quantity over quality

Premier Orthodontics has been my top choice for many years. They curate to my specific dental needs as well as my children's. I've always had a great experience with all staff including the lovely receptionist, assistants and doctors. Unfortunately, during todays visit (8/14) I had a negative experience with dental assistant, Rocky. She was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional during my entire appointment. My mouth was sore after my visit because of her inattentiveness with the dental instruments. When I asked her to be gentle her demeanor became very rude. Id recommend requesting any other assistant for your next visit.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Overall super uncomfortable experience. Always had my appointments changed even after they confirmed them with me over the phone. Everyone in the back is always in a bad mood. Dr and staff are great at making you feel bad about your smile even after treatment. 0/10 would not recommend you waste your time or money here. Go anywhere else but here.

My son got braces here and it was all good until my insurance was gonna pay off a balance left over all of sudden for over a week I been trying to call someone to take care of this and nothing all I get is we're working on it and call you back asap and nothing a all . Very unprofessional so far not happy with this , wouldn't recommend this place

Horrible place!!!!
they make you wait for 1-2 h when you are here on time. And if you are late by 5-10 mins they refuse to check you in. Understaffed, under trained, rude and overbooked!
Constant switching doctors. Program misaligned... be it.
this is a sweat shop of under trained technicians!
find yourself another place for braces.
this center should be reported to Invisalign and barred from providing service:
there is nothing Premier about them.

I'd like to now update my review!!! My daughter still has her braces on... 7yrs later due to the incompetence of their office! She has seen so many different dentists due to staff changes I'm guessing. I don't need to take her anymore since she's now graduating from College and is teaching Special Needs Children. When she started all of this she was a sophomore in high school!!! I would not recommend them as an orthodontist... at all. Because they didn't do their job right, she is going to have to remove a permanent tooth and have a partial implant!!! WTF!!! I'm guessing she's won the world record for having braces on since she's had them on over for twice a long as a normal person. I was recommended to go and see them but I would run. Since they screwed up... you'd think they would pay for the removal and partial that she's going to have to wear but NO! This is coming out of her pocket... a college student that's a full time student and full time teacher. What a bunch of BS!
